By accepting your registration and enrollment to the program, you fully agree to the following terms and conditions:

Procedures for upgrading between categories based on the number of points earned:
Silver tire: When registration, the user will join the first tire and earn 500 welcome points immediately.
Gold tire: When the maximum points of 25,000 are attained, the Silver tire enters and switch to Gold, and 25,000 points are added to your account for upgrading to it.
Platinum tire: When the maximum points of 75,000 are attained, the Gold tire enters and switch to Platinum, and 75,000 points are added in your account for upgrading to it.
The discount may not apply to some items of repair or periodic maintenance, and the company reserves the right to change and modify the items referred to.
Points are redeemed according to the maximum policy on the invoice, which is set at 15% at the silver tire, 20% at the gold tire, and 25% at the platinum tire, with the remaining unredeemed points being added for use in future visits.
Points are determined based on the invoice value, with one point added for every EGP collected from the client, for a total of 1,000 points for every 1,000 EGP
Points are redeemed in accordance with the amount of points and their equivalent specified in the points program policy, which are as follows:
1000 points = 25 pounds
5000 points = 175 pounds
10,000 points = 500 pounds
25,000 points = 1,625 pounds
50,0000 points = 3,750 pounds
The customer can redeem the points without any fractions of the aforementioned numbers.
3. The company reserves the right to change and modify the discount rates without previous notice to users (program members).
4. It is not authorized to apply more than one discount in the case of promotional offers or discounts that do not allow the points to be redeemed; instead, the points are calculated based on the amount of the customer's invoice that he pays without discounts.
As a result, no points are added to the customer's discounted amount while using promotional offers or free maintenance services.
The points have an expiration date, and the customer must use these points during the specified times.
5. It is agreed that NDS Prime membership has an expiration date; it ends after 12 months for the silver and gold tiers and 24 months for the platinum tier, and there is no cash exchange for points and they cannot be carried over.
6. Among the benefits provided to NDS Prime "Platinum" customers are priority booking for maintenance and repair work through the hotline 19943. Moreover, dealing through a dedicated account manager when visiting Nour Eldin ElSherif service centers, as well as free plumbing and painting assessments and providing a free maintenance delivery service. "With the customer paying the value of the required repairs and maintenance" after accepting and signing the company’s agreement. After accepting and completing the necessary paperwork in accordance with the company's standards, the company also offers free roadside assistance, with the customer covering the cost of the repairs. Among the perks provided is the addition of 2000 points prior to birthday. When the client's birthday is within 7 days, the customer must confirm the date of birth and provide it in advance on the application to be able to receive the points
7. Among the benefits provided to NDS Prime "Gold" customers is the provision of Home service "with the customer paying the value of the required repairs and maintenance" after accepting and signing the required papers in accordance with the company's rules, as well as the addition of 1500 points 7 days before the customer's birthday. The customer must confirm the date of their birthday and submit it into the application in advance.
8. Among the benefits provided to NDS Prime "Silver" customers are the addition of 500 points as a welcome point when registering on the application and entering the silver tier, as well as the addition of 1000 points 7 days before the customer's birthday, with the customer required to confirm the birthday date and enter it on the application in advance.
9. Points that expire will be removed from the customer's total points without prior notice.
10. Customers will receive points for plumbing and paint repairs, with the exception of insurance companies, according to the points and redemption system (insured customers).
11. It is agreed that when upgrading from the silver membership tier to the gold membership tier, 25,000 points are added to him in the new tier , and 75,000 points are added when upgrading from the gold membership tier to the platinum tier. In addition, the company reserve the right to change the maximum points or amend the policy at any moment and without prior notice.
12. It is agreed that the company will incur no responsibility if the customer fails to submit his personal information, phone number, or date of birth accurately, resulting in the inability to get NDS Prime services.
13. If any of the customers unlawfully accessed or hacked the program in order to get undeserved points or advantages, the firm has the right to withdraw the customer from the NDS Prime program without any liability or consideration for the other party's entitlements.
